At One Love Custom Creations, we take pride in the uniqueness of our custom-made products. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, we are here to help. We offer replacements under the following conditions:

  1. Notification Period: You must report the damage within 10 days of receiving your product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a replacement.

  2. Proof of Damage: Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to assist us in understanding the issue and improving our quality checks.

  3. Case-by-Case Assessment: Each case will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility for a replacement.

  4. Replacement Process: If your case is approved, we will initiate the process for a replacement item. Please note that as our items are custom-made, the replacement may take a similar amount of time to create and ship as the original order.

  5. No Refunds: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for custom-made products. Replacements are the sole remedy for any damage claims.
